Design Plans
Design Layout - Describes the layout of each floor of the house.Phase One Plans (Oct. 2001) - Covers the details of the initial phase of construction. The exterior work includes a new roof, paint removal, stone cleaning, brick repointing, gutters and leaders, chimney repair, and installation of the skylights.
Phase Two Plans (Mar. 2003) - Covers the details of the current phase of construction. The interior work includes a full demolition, cellar dig, cement work, new steel joists and subfloors, and installation of elevator and main stairs. The exterior work includes creating an elevated patio in the back yard. Includes heating, cooling, plumbing, electric, windows, and renovation of basement level and Level 4.
Phase Three - Expected to start in January 2005. Work will include the renovation of Floors 1, 2, 3, the roof deck and the cellar. We'll also replace the stoop, property wall, and will landscape the back yard.
